Do I need plans before getting in touch?
No plans are needed to start a conversation. Share what you have in mind, any inspiration, and what you want to improve. More involved changes may need drawings, engineering, or permits before construction.
What kind of projects can we discuss?
Kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, and whole-home remodeling. For a different project, call to discuss the scope and whether L&O is a fit.
How is a project priced?
Every home and scope is different. A free site visit gives L&O the context to prepare an estimate. Materials, existing conditions, and the extent of changes all affect the work.
